Entry card and entry fee must be returned by June 11

Pick one country from each of the six groups on the card

Scoring:
3 points for every win by any of your chosen countries (90 mins only)
1 points for every draw by any of your chosen countries (90 mins only)
1 point for every goal scored by any of your chosen countries (including extra-time but not including penalty shootouts)

Person with highest combined score wins

In the event of a tie the person who guesses closest to the total number of goals scored in the tournament (according to FIFA.com) wins the prize
